Do you have a health insurance plan that will cover prescription weight loss medication (like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Saxenda) and just need a consultation and a prescription?  Then our Prescription Only Weight Loss Program is for you!

Includes:
-Comprehensive Health Review and In-office Exam 

-Lab Order and Review of Lab Results (if needed)

-Prescription for 30 days of medication

*Note this includes a prescription only and does not cover paperwork associated with a prior authorization. If Prior Authorization is required, there will be an additional $90 fee. 

$125 for a New Patient visit to get established and $90 per month after that. In-office follow up appointments are required every 90 days.
